A: Team Email Activity Report Format.Each Team should send a biweekly official email to the client, the mentor, the TA and Dr Rizk explaining the key accomplishments and the key activities for the next 14 days.
B: Program Manager Email Activity Report Format. In the event that one client has several student teams, a student program manager is appointed.Program Manager should Email Activity report biweekly to the mentor, TA and Dr Rizk.
C: Client Systems Request Form After meeting with their clients, student teams may develop new systems requests for their client.
